Protein Ball Recipe


  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 T chia seeds (or brewer's yeast)
  • 1/2 cup smooth organic peanut, almond, or sunflower butter
  • 3T raw honey
  • 1t vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup add-ins (chocolate chips - Enjoy Life brand for DF, raisins, additional nuts, cranberries, etc)
  • 2-4 T almond milk (or milk source of choice)


  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Add in nut butter, honey and vanilla. Stir to combine
  3. Mix in your add-ins gently, being careful to not over-stir
  4. When slightly sticky, but still crumbling a bit, slowly add in milk choice until mixture will maintain a shape
  5. Roll mixture into balls
  6. Place protein balls into fridge for at least 30 minutes
  7. Store in fridge and enjoy
